1. Refunds(money back)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

When Refunds Are Issued

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

✔ Order Delay: If your order is delayed beyond 60 days for international shipping, Below 15 day for Egypt

✔ Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us photo or video proof within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a refund or send a replacement.

✔ Wrong or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing, please send us photo or video proof. We will process a refund or send the correct product.

✔ Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. (Exclusions apply to personalized or pre-order items.)

When Refunds Are Not Issued

❌ If tracking shows the package was delivered, but the customer claims they did not receive it, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required for a refund.

❌ If the customer simply changes their mind after the product has been shipped.

2. Returns ( Taking the product back )

 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

When Returns Are Accepted

✔ If the product is damaged upon arrival (photo or video proof required).

✔ If you receive the wrong item or a missing item (photo or video proof required).

✔ If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may request a cancellation.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

❌ If the product was delivered correctly and the customer simply changes their mind.

❌ If the product is damaged due to customer misuse.

❌ If the order was delivered and accepted but no issue was reported within 30 days.

However in some cases , we can send your money back or send another one without returning the product.

6. Our team will review your request within , 3-5 business days and provide further instructions.


7. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

8.Returns are sent locally to the warehouse or senders adress by the customer , the customer is responsible for the charges of re-sending the product back.

Exceptions & Special Cases

 

If your order comes from certain suppliers, a return may be required before a refund can be processed. In such cases, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
